I have not done a great deal with literature circles, but will be next year when I can incorporate more choices into my units.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite poetry activity is when we listen to poetry - usually I play Metallica - and then they have to go find examples of poetry terms in song lyrics. I print all of them out and post them all over the room. The kids seem to enjoy it, even though it is much more difficult than it looks!
